Do I need to install anything? ▾

No installation needed at all. Just open the link in your phone's browser (Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone), tap the menu, and select "Add to Home Screen." It'll appear on your home screen as a regular app icon.

What happens if my internet goes off during billing? ▾

Nothing stops. Your billing continues exactly as before. All sales are saved on your device and automatically uploaded to your account the moment your internet connection returns. Your customer sees no difference.

Which printers does it work with? ▾

Dhando POS works with most Bluetooth thermal printers (58mm and 80mm) available in India — including popular brands like Rongta, Xprinter, and TVS. You can also connect via USB or Serial port for desktop setups.

Can I use it for multiple shops? ▾

Yes. You can add multiple business locations to one account and switch between them in two taps. Each location has its own inventory, sales records, and daily reports.

Is my data safe? ▾

Absolutely. Your data is stored securely on our servers and backed up automatically. Even if you lose or change your phone, all your business data is safe and accessible when you log back in.

Does it support GST billing? ▾
